Bike came bent wheels bent fender and bent frame. It is unusable. Company only offered $300.00 refund. Bad company. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Tried giving no stars but won’t let me
Arrived with slight damage to packing but all was well inside. Unit itself is extremely strongly built. A couple of problems fitting the derailieur, threaded hanger was in AF thread not the standard metric of most changer units!

Put this kit on a Day 6 21 speed. I had to cut off derailer tab on bike frame to install, but bike will never be a 2 wheeler again. Also on small front sprocket chain rides on bike frame. No big deal because small sprocket not used very often. Going from 26 to 20" wheels only cost me one gear. This is probably the best kit on the market. Overall very happy. Thanks

Very nice, complete kit. Well packaged. Complete. Quite a value for what is included. Fat tire version would be nice, as well as a stripped out version that did not include the basket or tires. Hubs and the rack with the diff and brakes, could then different rims/ tires could be laced onto the hubs. Would recommend and buy again.
You will need to buy break cable housings x2 and a new shifter cable and housing depending on the length of your bike. Outside of that not being included, this is a too notch product and easy to install

I would buy this kit again. Jim was very help on one of the dimensions I need to make sure that the kit would fit my bike. I converted a adult tricycle by adding a front wheel mounted electric hub motor. This trike had conventional pull brakes and did not stop the electric trike very well. This kit allowed me to add disc brakes to the trike. There were no written installation instructions and the recommended video does not cover some of he details It was necessary to spread the rear of the frame out in order to get the new axle in. Some of the bolts that attached the brakes to the long and kept the disc brakes from turning with the wheels. The kit arrived quickly and was undamaged, but the packaging was not the best. I bought alight brake handle that allows for two brake cables and a wire to disconnect the drive motor. The 20 inch wheels look a little awkward on a 26-trike. The welds and the paint are good. New brake cables are provided but the sleeves for the cable we’re not, so I had to buy a new cable and sleeve to reach the rear brake. If you are going to install this kit, it would be helpful if you have worked on bicycles before. All in all I am happy with my purchase.
IT WORKS GREAT AFTER I HAVE TO FIX THE BATTERY THAT ONE OF THE WIRES WAS DISCONNECTED.
I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT HOW TO FIX IT.

A tremendious releif to be able to get around again. My world had become so limited. This scooter has allowed me to be part of life again.
I hate to review any product until I used it for a year, so consider this an interim report. Product arrived on time, assembled and in good condition. Welds are well done, as is paint job. The only problem I had was after riding the bike for the first time, the rear break started to squeal. A call to the customer hotline suggested the brakes needed to be loosened slightly. Seems to have cured problem. Bike works well, although I wish the front drive motor had a little more torque for hills and I’m sure it would if I lost 50 pounds. FYI I weigh 230 lbs. Seat is very comfortable. I wish the bike wheel base was a little wider, as it is a little top heavy...so do your turns slowly until you get the feel. Compared to the other electric trikes I looked at, this one was very fairly priced. I have two concerns ; the battery life length. The warranty on them is only two months. The second thing is the charger. I wish there was an automatic cut off, so you didn’t have to worry about over charging the batteries. I hope to give this trike a second review in six months or so, but as of now, I’m very happy with my purchase.
